Drop disjointness axiom between `IntellectualProperty` and `Intention`

It seems like some things could be instances of both IntellectualProperty and Intention. For example, a blueprint seems like it would fall under Specification (a subclass of Intention) and also be protected as intellectual property.

I propose the following:

• Drop disjointness between IntellectualProperty and Intention
• Consider which subclasses of Intention (aside from Specification) should remain disjoint with IntellectualProperty
