Define predicate gist:offers to use with Offer in place of hasDirectPart

The relevant restriction on gist:Offer:

  a owl:Restriction ;
  owl:onProperty gist:hasDirectPart ;
  owl:someValuesFrom gist:CatalogItem ;

hasDirectPart is not specific enough, IMO, to represent the relationship between an offer and the thing being offered. I propose isOfferOf.

I'd like to keep it. I've come across this in client work.

isOfferOf is clunky. Here are other options:

1. This offer is an offer of an iPhone 15 Pro
2. This offer offers an iPhone 15 Pro
3. This offer is offering an iPhone 15 Pro

But I still am not inclined to add a predicate that has such limited scope for use which does not disambiguate anything, it mostly only sounds nicer.
