Changed

• Attribution v2 (tool-delta evidence) is now on by default. Disable it per repository with attribution_v2: false in settings, or per run with SEMANTICA_ATTRIBUTION_V2=0.
• Manifests now record explicit commit or workspace scope. Commit manifests use the linked commit's tracked Git tree and exclude later worktree changes and untracked files.
• Each post-commit provenance sync now processes up to 200 pending turns within two minutes, in batches of 50, with at most eight concurrent object uploads.
• Removed the hidden semantica rewind command. Use Git to restore working-tree state.

Fixed

• semantica blame no longer applies historical evidence to modified files without checkpoint-backed continuity, preventing unrelated agent activity from attributing human edits. Manifest-anchored carry-forward for created files is unchanged.
• Deletion-only Claude Code edits and file truncations now retain file-level provider evidence without receiving AI line credit.
• Background Bash commands (run_in_background) now record a partial tool delta without file attribution because their completion cannot be observed.
• Invalid commit receipts now block commit sequencing and are reported by semantica doctor.
• Commit parent resolution now supports SHA-256 root commits and rejects shallow boundaries with unavailable history.
