Webhook examples in C# with asp.net

Customer request for us to add a sample of the event webhook in C# using asp.net since none currently exists ( https://sendgrid.com/docs/Code_Examples/Webhook_Examples/index.html ). Thank you!

I actually wrote how to do this in a blog post about Inbound Parse using .NET. I'll very happily migrate that over to the docs in a couple of hours!
