Ruff isn't enabled #1119

I don't think you actually have ruff enabled.
I am fairly certain that https://github.com/sendgrid/sendgrid-python/blob/68288529c5e510e6fe535c42d7e52fea5922558a/.github/workflows/lint-python.yml doesn't actually do anything.
Running the command locally results in Found 2008 errors (1913 fixed, 95 remaining).
Besides that, ruff is no longer in beta. Could I update this workflow?
I would highly suggest resolving #1118 first. It will make a few design decisions easier.
