The first public beta of sequince-density, providing fitted proposal distributions and normalizing-flow adapters for Sequince.

Features

  • Fit normalizing flows with Zuko (PyTorch) and FlowJAX (JAX).
  • Fit Gaussian-mixture proposals with scikit-learn.
  • Use fitted densities as starting proposals through Sequince’s FlowProposal.
  • Precondition particle mutation through Sequince’s FlowTransform.
  • Save and restore fitted models, particle transforms, and training histories.

Installation

Requires Python 3.11 or later. Install with the dependencies for your chosen backend:

pip install "sequince-density[zuko]==0.1.0b1"

Alternatively, use the flowjax or gmm extra.
