Faster device lookup.

• Devices behind a receiver are now found almost instantly. Previously each empty receiver slot waited one second for a reply, so a mouse on a second receiver (for example an M590 on a Unifying receiver) took around 12 seconds.
• The receiver and slot where each device was found are remembered in easy-switch.cache.json, so the next press goes straight there (about 0.2 s with Python, under 1 s with the .exe). Sleeping devices are no longer woken up just to ask their name.
• A device waking from power saving (~0.75 s) is no longer reported as "not found".

Download the .exe for the behavior you want and assign it to a mouse button in Logi Options+ with the Open application action. No Python required.

The four files are identical; the file name decides the channel. On computers where .exe files are blocked, use the Python version instead; see the README.

The .exe files are unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run (More info → Run anyway).
