Release v0.0.2: First PyPi Deployment

Deploy on PyPi so that we can use Torqueo in the starter notebook and other projects via pip install.

Features:

1. Multiple warping transformations: Fisheye, Swirl, BarrelDistortion, Pincushion, Stretching, Compression, Twirl, Wave, Spherize, Bulge, Implosion, Pinch, Punch, Shear, Perspective.
2. Scalability: Runs without a large runtime overhead on batched images.
3. Flexibility: Provides an abstracted interface, i.e., a warping controller, that allows the user to input just the distortion level from 0 to 10 (default) and takes care of the mapping to the appropriate strength for each warp.
