Support the creation of 'repeat' object #39

What would you like to be added:
The sdk should support the creation of 'repeat' objects according to the defined json schema . This functionality is missing in the actual implementation
Why is this needed:
Part of the sdk responsibility is to support the creation of a workflow using the object model (according to the specification v0.6 ) , and without this functionality the provided support by the sdk is incomplete.
