Refactor community room info polling

This PR refactors the community info fetching so that:

1. We store the original json that sent from the server to db directly
2. We can apply the json patching to the existing data so we can always view the "latest" community info
3. Remove a lot of scattered data saving for community (like admin list, active user count, etc)
