feat: increased max password length to 256

Description

-Increases maximum password length to 256
-Based on feature request #1427 . closes #1427

@giomiglietta Thanks for the contribution. Your changes look good, I'll just need to make a small adjustment as all strings are localized using crowdin https://getsession.org/translate so the messages.json file for english can't be directly edited. I'll import the changed string for each language from crowdin which will include updating the string to take the min and max character count.
