Tip: Write in SETUP.md to restore the NP Environment on PS4 to complete step 12 #128

Hi,
I had an error at point 12 of SETUP.md.
Unable to copy to USB or something like that.
The problem was that I had changed NP Environment in Debug Settings/Playstation Network/NP Environment to prevent firmware downloads, as is often suggested.
Thanks to this reddit, I reset it to np and was able to complete step 12 of copying to USB.
Although not strictly related to the lua loader, you might want to write this down in SETUP.md
