- π± I'm currently diving deep into the world of Climate Dynamics as a PhD student at George Mason University. With a foundation in statistics from my undergraduate years in Shahjalal University of Science and Technology and a master's in Climate and Society from Columbia University in the City of New York, I've traversed diverse fields from geospatial data science to being an author to a teacher and now back to a student again.
I've penned down my expertise and knowledge in two books on GIS and Remote Sensing.
Before embarking on my PhD journey in 2023, I served as a:
- Researcher
- Adjunct Faculty (machine learning)
- Geospatial Data Scientist
My aspirations lie at the intersection of data analysis, machine learning, geospatial techniques, and computing. I aim to be proficient enough mathematically and computationally to devise solutions to the pressing challenges faced by society.
I'm an ardent learner. These days, I'm immersing myself in:
- Cutting-edge machine learning techniques
- Large language models
- Advanced computing & big data analytics
- Undergraduate Physics (to bolster my PhD pursuits)
- Applied Mathematics

π¬ Feel free to reach out or check out my projects and publications. I'm always open to discussions, collaborations, or simply a chat about the latest in data science and climate dynamics.
