etiny 0.2.0

The CLI surface is redesigned: every command takes only --help and --json — everything else is positional.

Breaking changes

• list now shows the registry catalog; the old local listing is models
• Removed flags: --remote, --model, --force, --all, --upgrade, --no-pull
• The goals model is renamed personal-goals (registry, CLI default, store layout)

New

• walk — scan every .md under a folder, recursively
• use — switch the default model (replaces --model)
• upgrade — fetch newer bundles (replaces update --upgrade)
• help — same as --help, plus per-command help (etiny help scan)
• scan auto-detects piped stdin (cat x.md | etiny scan)
• elevations takes a positional query (etiny elevations "fear of failure")
• pull all / prune all keywords; rm confirms on the terminal instead of --force

0.1.0 is broken against the current registry (it hardcodes the old goals model name). Upgrade:
