Node.js 18 has been released, and will be the next LTS version, so
we add this to our test matrix.

Node.js 12 has also been end-of-lifed, and is dropped from the test
matrix.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 92.848% when pulling 17bc1b2 on node-matrix into 9e88c28 on master.
