The website is built using Hugo. To run it locally you just have to install Hugo and run:
hugo server -D

It is based on the gohugoio theme. This is the same theme used on the Hugo's website.
The images adorning the features are taken from the Hugo's website and adapted using Inkscape. Inkscape is a professional vector graphics editor for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. It is free and open source.
