- 修复操作区按钮空白：环境列表和代理列表的动态按钮现在会直接创建原生 SVG 图标，不再依赖延迟刷新；启动/停止、窗口同步、编辑、克隆四个按钮在首次渲染时即可显示。
- 修复内核列截断：环境表保持最小可读宽度，主题层不再把表格压回
min-width: 0；内核列优先显示Chromium 148这类稳定标签，完整版本号保留在悬停提示中，避免出现Chro...。 - 布局稳定性：窄窗口改为表格横向滚动，不再通过压缩关键列来适配，编号、分组、扩展、状态和操作列均保留可点击空间。
- 版本全链路同步：
package.json、package-lock.json、界面显示、Windows 文件版本信息和 GitHub Actions 发布参数统一为 v1.0.9。

- Fixed blank action buttons: Dynamic profile and proxy rows now create real SVG icon nodes synchronously. Start/stop, window-sync, edit, and clone controls render on the first paint without waiting for a second icon pass.
- Fixed engine-column truncation: The profile grid keeps a readable minimum width, and theme overrides no longer collapse it to
min-width: 0. The compact label showsChromium 148while the full version remains in the tooltip. - Stable narrow-window layout: Narrow windows scroll horizontally instead of squeezing critical columns; index, group, extension, status, and action columns keep usable hit targets.
- Version synchronization:
package.json,package-lock.json, the in-app label, Windows file metadata, and the GitHub Actions release input are all aligned to v1.0.9.
