First stable release. The public API is covered by SemVer from here, and
cargo-semver-checks runs on every PR.

Every attribute a client can assert is an Asserted<T>, so an omitted
member, a null and an empty array stay three distinct things where
RFC 7644 §3.5.1 makes them distinct, and a message that arrives and
leaves unchanged is unchanged. Multi-valued attributes moved off
Option<Vec<T>>, ScimDateTime replaced String on meta timestamps, filter
and PATCH-path parsing implement the RFC 7644 §3.4.2.2 grammar with
depth and term guards, and validation is direction-aware through
Context, Valid and Strict.
