Settings › Website › Shortcodes holds shortcodes editors put anywhere on
the website: a name ([phone]) and the text it stands for, with a
description for the visual editor's list. The text is printed as text,
line breaks kept, and a change shows straight away. They're the same on
every site, and can't take a built-in shortcode's name.
