InlineEditing's docs told block views to mark a repeater item's field
with @editableItem('items', $loop->index, 'question'), but no such
directive was registered: views called InlineEditing::itemAttributes()
themselves. It's a Blade directive now, like @editable, and the
workbench's blocks use it. The development skill documents it with
itemEditables().
