<x-aurora::layout title="Events" description="…"> draws a website
route's content in one of the site's layouts (the default, or
layout="…"), where a page's blocks would be. The layout gets a stand-in
page (Page::standIn()) with that title and description and the
request's address, in each language under its prefix; current_page()
inside answers it. From a controller, Layouts::wrap() does the same.
