A changelog entry dated today now shows on /changelog on SQLite. ChangelogEntry::published() compared published_at with today's date as
strings, and the date cast stores 2026-10-23 00:00:00, which SQLite (Laravel
12's default database) ranks after 2026-10-23. Every entry dated today stayed
hidden until the next day; MySQL and PostgreSQL were not affected. The scope
now uses whereDate. An app on 0.5.0 picks it up by republishing the model
(php artisan ui-kit:install-module changelog, which overwrites the module's
published files, so commit first) or by changing where('published_at', …) to whereDate('published_at', …) in app/Models/ChangelogEntry.php.
