ShipCode 0.2.2

This hotfix makes the in-app Homebrew update instructions work even when ShipCode was originally installed from a DMG and the ShipCode tap has not been added yet.

Fixes

  • Replaces the receipt-dependent brew upgrade --cask shipcode instruction with a bootstrap-safe command that adds the ShipCode tap and adopts or upgrades the existing app (#409).
  • Shares the canonical Homebrew install and update commands across the desktop app and website so the instructions cannot drift.
  • Uses the fully qualified shipshitdev/tap/shipcode cask in public one-line install instructions.
