Full Changelog: v2.0.0...v2.0.1
New
- Apple M5 support. Super cores show as S-CPU next to E-CPU on the M5, and M5 Pro/Max Performance cores show as P-CPU next to S-CPU. The menu-bar glyph, charts, legend and core counts all follow the chip's real core layout.
- Early M6 support, with all three CPU tiers (E, P, S) shown.
- Dot-matrix graphs. Every chart now draws as an LED-style dot grid in the series color.
- New app icon built for the macOS 26 and 27 look, with dark and tinted variants.
Improved
- CPU core detection reads the system directly instead of parsing
system_profiler, whose format changed in macOS 26 and again in 27. - Matching corner radius on graphs, hover readouts, buttons, and the error banner.
Fixed
- StatsBar now starts sampling even on a Mac where the GPU frequency table can't be read. Before, it failed with an error banner.
Known issues
- On macOS 27, CPU and ANE power read 0 W. GPU and system power are unaffected.
