Features

• cocoa: an element hands the surface presenter parts of its drawing, sprites, each lifted onto a layer of its own under promotion's rules and animated by the render server, where an animation inside a drawn element was JavaScript frames (#821) (db06ffd), closes #819

• deps: @windowkit/appkit 0.19.0, so that sprites lift, with a transform as a matrix and a negative delay, and a window is colour-managed on a wide-gamut display, where its bitmap was more saturated than its CSS colours and a promoted node changed colour on its layer (#823) (231e7aa), closes #820
