Performance Improvements

• floors: a floor of 0 is no height of a box's own to the width pass, so a page in a scroller under boxes that name one is not set a word to a line each time the tree is measured, and a drag of Wikipedia's X Window System article in the browser example shows 26 frames a second where it showed 14 (#902) (fa0c39b)
