Bug description
Emoji colon search (i.e. typing :[emoji name]
to search for the emoji and add it to the text) doesn't work in Hebrew, regardless of system and app languages.
This search works in other languages using the Latin script, as demonstrated below.
Steps to reproduce
- set system language to Hebrew
- search for an emoji using the
:name
format
Actual result: No emoji are displayed as if there are no emoji of that name.
Expected result: A selection of emoji corresponding to the typed word is popped, similarly to other languages that use the Latin script
