- use templates from defined themes, fixes Email templates should be taken from defined frontend theme(s) #793
- add extensions to ShopEmailPreviewTask, fixes Add extension hook to ShopEmailPreviewTask #794
- update documentation
to get the order from an extension when updating email data
use config variable to add your own emails; needs a "send<EMAIL>" method in OrderEmailNotifier
