v0.13.0 drops support for Python 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9.

Warning

The v0.13.0 Docker image has been upgraded to be based on Ubuntu 24.04.

Release v0.13.0 is focused on updating the supported Python versions. We also update the base Docker image to Ubuntu 24.04, which uses Python 3.12. Users should update their own image builds that are based on the ocs base image.

Upgrading

Upgrading can be done via pip:

python -m pip install -U ocs

If you are running in Docker, please update to the new simonsobs/ocs:v0.13.0 tag.
