simplyblock 26.4.0-beta1 (beta)

Control plane and CLI for the 26.4 line, released together with simplyblock-operator v26.4.0-beta1 and dr-simplyblock 26.4.0-beta1.

• Storage plane: ultra main / spdk master — public.ecr.aws/simply-block/ultra:main-latest (unchanged; no ultra/spdk release tag for this beta)

Highlights since 26.3

• Asynchronous replication and DR for CSI-addons (VolumeReplication / VolumeGroupReplication): consistency groups (co-location, group promote from the newest generation, reverse replication attached on promote, monotonic generation counter, group handle resolution), replication status reads without per-volume point reads, star-chain and relocate fixes.
• Pool/subsystem affinity: namespaced subsystems exclusive to one pool (#1345).
• Inline checksum: fallback-mode capacity charge restored (#1016).
• Ubuntu kernel-extra job runs in a chroot (#1421).

Branch R26.4-Beta at the tag; built from main c863b6298 + version bump.

Note: SIMPLY_BLOCK_VERSION inside the image reads 26.4.0-Beta1 (the image and PyPI sbctl 26.4.0b1 were built from this commit); the release is named in lowercase to match simplyblock-operator v26.4.0-beta1.
