Maintain Time Control Mode v1.0.0

In the vanilla game, when you click on the campaign map, your time control mode gets set to 'Play' (1x speed) after a moment. This mod disables this annoyance, which makes traveling feel more natural in my opinion. It works when traveling with chained movement, in other words when clicking repeatedly to go a large distance without stopping, and it also works when coming to a complete stop and then continuing your journey.
