v0.26.0

Round log/sqrt axis ticks (#413): log10/log2/ln axes now tick at whole powers of the base (falling back to evenly-spaced sub-multiples, then extended_breaks, when the domain spans too few decades); sqrt axes tick at extended_breaks() over the untransformed data range. Previously both picked "nice" numbers in transformed space, which read as half-decades (316.23) or squares (625) once shown in the original units.

This changes rendered tick positions/labels for scale_{x,y}_{log10,log2,ln,sqrt} axes — see CHANGELOG.md for the full Migration note.
