R-fidelity release — output validated against R ggplot2 4.0.3 (ggplot_build()), several bugs fixed.

Fixes (computed output now matches ggplot2 4.0.3)

  • QQ plots (#72): stat_qq/stat_qq_line used an inverted ppoints a — theoretical quantiles were wrong for n > 10. Now a = 3/8 (n ≤ 10) / 1/2 (n > 10), matching R.
  • Histograms (#73): stat_bin now uses width = range/(bins-1) and centers bins on 0 (boundary = width/2), not starting at the data minimum — identical counts and edges to ggplot2.
  • 2-D bins (#74): stat_bin2d/geom_bin2d edge-aligned to 0 with width = range/(bins-1).
  • Stacking (#75): position_stack/position_fill now put the first group on top (stack order matches the legend), and geom_col honors the ymin base so stacked columns render as distinct segments instead of overlapping.

Validated as already matching

boxplot, count, stat_smooth (lm), summary, binhex, density (bw.nrd0 bandwidth), dodge. loess agrees to ~1% (ggplot-rs is degree-1 vs R's degree-2).

Note: histograms and stacked bars will look different from 0.9.0 — this is the correction toward ggplot2's behavior.
