Upgrades @sjvair/sdk to v4.0.0. Decouples MonitorsMapIntegration and the monitors icon-generation base class from the live monitorsManager singleton via a new MonitorsDataSource interface, so a host app can reuse the map's clustering/icon-rendering/filtering/tooltip logic against different data (e.g. historical summaries averaged over a date range). Existing consumers (widget, v3-mobile) are unaffected — monitorsManager remains the default data source.
