TCP Server

A tcp server written in Rust using the Tokio async runtime.

• Go through Tokio examples
• Get an echo terver working
• Get it to build with Docker
• Run echo server locally with docker
• Get it working with NGINX
• Get it running on a hosted server such as Azure
