Optional Delta and History regression traces for bug reports

I built an external adapter and replay example for small, shareable regression traces. Three scenarios exercise quill 2.0.3 APIs in jsdom: Unicode deletion, formatting undo/redo and redo invalidation. All 14 steps pass.

Scrolling is disabled because jsdom has no layout; this does not test browser input or clipboard behavior.

I maintain the experimental interaction-check runner. The example uses pinned stable packages, stays outside the project and adds no runtime dependency. Feedback on whether this helps share small reproducers is welcome.
