Notes:

In XpmMiniReg

• Synchronization
  • staRst is now used to reset staUpdate and related logic, which is clocked on staClk.
  • status.dsLink is properly synchronized to axilClk.
• AXI-Lite
  • Unused AXI-Lite address bits are removed from axiLiteSlaveRegister()calls.
    • The module now only needs 8 AXI-Lite address bits allocated instead of 12.
    • XpmMiniWrapper still allocates 12 to avoid breaking software.
