Initial release

This is the initial release of JailManager (jm). It handles very basic tasks working with jails on FreeBSD. It can initialize the FreeBSD system to work with jails, create new jails, start/stop jails, enter into a jail's shell, and destroy unwanted jails. JailManager is filesystem agnostic and works on both UFS and ZFS.
