Presenter doesn't change slide

Description of the problem
Presenter doesn't change slide.

Step to reproduce

• Open your slideshow
• Open a presenter tab
• Click next until the next slide appears on the presenter tab

Expected result
The slide is changed on the slideshow tab

Current result
The slide isn't changed on the slideshow, instead, the suffix ?click=0 appeared in the URL.

Version
@slidev/cli: 10.1
NPM : 7.9.0
Node : 14.16.1

System Information
Fedora 33 + Brave 1.24.85 (navigator)

Others information
I tried to retrograde Slidev/CLI, and the presenter worked at v8.
