Changes since the initial scaffold:

• ANSI S1.1-1986 IIR third-octave filterbank; Annex B Signals 2/3/4 conform within ±5%.
• Annex B Signal 5 (pink noise) conformance via FFT-shaped 1/√f generator.
• Filterbank designs memoized by (fs, order).
• Multichannel input: matrix method and channel=:mono | Integer kwarg on the WAV-path method.
• Auto-resample inputs below 32 kHz to 48 kHz via DSP.resample with a warning.
• High-fs numerical stability locked in by regression tests up to 384 kHz.
