Highlights

  • Add explicit fork selection from Frontier through Osaka for EchoEVM and embedded Geth differential execution.
  • Gate fork-sensitive opcodes at their activation boundaries and add Osaka CLZ (EIP-7939).

Compatibility boundary

The complete official fixture release is downloaded, checksum-verified, decoded, and reconciled against its upstream index. This is not yet a claim that EchoEVM executes all 216,525 cases. The executed conformance baseline remains the curated official cases plus the embedded-Geth differential suite, while raw state, blockchain, and transaction fixture execution continues to expand.
