The two-row toolbar's data-validation action now has a distinct name and icon. It was previously labelled “Dropdown list” despite opening the general data-validation panel.

  • Chinese: “数据验证”; English: “Data validation”.
  • “Insert → Dropdown list” continues to open the dedicated options dialog.
  • Public APIs, message keys, command bindings, permissions and document schemas are unchanged.

Validation: package build passed; 133 tests passed, with 1 existing skipped performance test. Isolated browser checks verified both entry points and their panel/dialog content, Chinese/English labels, and readonly disabling. Public declarations and Yjs/model/XLSX bundles are byte-identical to rc.18.
