does anyone have any example of how to use redisstore?

I tried searching through the wiki and the internet, there doesn't seem to be an "official explanation" for how to do this.

However, i don't quite understand how it's doing the stuff, and it seems a lot of the requires are very raw, such as this: require('socket.io/lib/stores/redis'), doesn't seem very good if i have to require deep into socket.io (i thought there should be a flag that transparently flips from memorystore to redisstore, or am i missing something?)
