Dockerless build fails to run in Linux

🐛 Bug description

The artifact mounted in docker image doesn't have an executable flag, so can't be run.
I will submit a PR in minutes

🤔 Expected Behavior

artifact should be executable

👟 Steps to reproduce

build a dockerless hello world function in Linux, run it locally
serverless invoke local -l -f manager -d '{"name":"foo"}'
