To start, follow these three easy steps:
# Create a "messages" domain in your SimpleDB, eu-west region or create aws-demo mysql database with root/nopass access
# Create a file src/main/resources/aws.properties and fill in the access key id and secret access key
# Execute: mvn jetty:run [-Dlocal]

Optional parameter -Dlocal will use the hibernate/mysql implementation

To run the load generator, execute: mvn -Plg exec:exec
