I mean, lgtm. The implementation is pretty straightforward, but deferring to @joncinque the confidential transfer elder.

Got some additional context on the original issue: #141 (comment). So this PR doesn't quite address the original interest, but maybe it doesn't hurt to have the tests anyway 🤷 |
