soliplex-plumber v0.4: '{live,scrach}_environment' wrappers

Features

• Hoist '{live,scratch}_environment' from 'template' [#13, PR #15]

  Each is a context manager, used to address the Soliplex installation
  configuration ('environment') with a throw-away Docker container.

• 'install_room{,_from}' take kwonly args [#7, PR #14]

  Legacy form using '*depr_' retained, but deprecated.

  Both functions now require exactly on of 'project'/'environment'
  to identify the installation target.

  • 'sections' (new module) maps out sematncis of section types in a
    Soliplex installation configl

  • 'installer' (new module) provides mechanisms and a grammar for
    performing edits (adding entries) respecting those semantics.

  • 'rooms.install_room' and 'rooms.install_room_from' now take a required
    'parent_path', and ensure that adding a room is done cleanly, without
    e.g. hiding existing rooms or surfacing rooms which had been excluded.

soliplex-plumber v0.1: initial release
