Disclose status of affiliation (or lack thereof) with Stack Overflow in the footer

Recently, a Stack Overflow user made a post on Meta, discussing the contents of SOPython's tutorial recommendation page:

He was met with a chilly reception, since SOPython is not an official product of Stack Overflow.

It may be useful to make this clear in the fine print at the bottom of the page, to prevent such incidents in the future.

Something like this would be appropriate even for large print, I think-- switching to "Welcome to sopython, the unofficial website of the Python community on Stack Overflow" seems appropriate, as well as making it more explicit to contact us via the Python room. The fine print can then explain the details.
