Mirror
- Several parts, or an assembly, are mirrored as one, through the middle of the lot: what was
on the left is on the right. Before, each part was flipped where it stood and the arrangement
stayed as it was. - With Each on, every part is mirrored where it stands, in its own box.
- Mirror X, Y and Z follow the plate's axes however a part is turned. A part turned a quarter
round used to flip along the other axis. - A part mirrored on its own stays in its box wherever its pivot is, so it no longer jumps to the
other side of the pivot or under the plate on Mirror Z.
Known limits
- Trim and shutters are offered for square windows. Arched, half round, round and bow windows have no
square outline for them to follow. - A hole with flat sides is found only when its walls close round one line and face in: a slot open at
one end is not one, and a rough, textured reveal falls back to the single flat face you clicked. .3dfcprojects from before 4.3 are import only: opened, dropped or double-clicked, one is
imported onto the plate - its parts where they stood, still remade by Edit settings - but its
kept versions do not come along. Save it again to have a 3MF project.- A slicer that saves over a project drops the project inside it: keep the project and the
slicer's file apart. - A fine groove on a 3D texture means a fine mesh and a minute or two to apply; a coarser pitch
or groove is much quicker. - The Library and most of its parts are still marked beta: check what a part gives you before
a long print.
