[BUG] Double-clicking COMMIT & PUSH causes a 2nd (empty) pushed commit, then a crash

I accidentally clicked twice on the COMMIT & PUSH button.

This caused a crash in SourceGit, after it had already performed the commit+push correctly a 1st time but then also performed a 2nd commit+push (which was empty of changes but had the same commit-message).
